COVID-19 has been tough on us all; but especially on small businesses, such as the local restaurants in Downtown Pontiac. Pontiac is a particularly vulnerable area.
To help ensure the survival of Pontiac restaurants, the Pontiac Restaurant-HOPE Shelter Collaborative rises to advocate for your support. Please help these organizations overcome the added barriers that come with the pandemic. When you donate to the collaborative, these restaurants will provide their meals to guests of HOPE shelters, where people who are experiencing homelessness, in addition to the effects of the pandemic, will receive help to resolve their homelessness. (Each year, more than 250 HOPE guests exit the shelter to a place they can call home – and keep as their home.) As an added bonus, right now, your donation will be doubled! The first $10,000 donated for the Pontiac Restaurant-HOPE Shelter Collaborative will be matched by a generous donor. Please give. |
